PlayOrbita Games is a curated browser game site. Our goal is not to publish the largest possible list of games, but to maintain a smaller catalog that is playable, understandable, and properly attributed.

1. How We Choose Games

Games are selected for PlayOrbita when they meet practical player needs:

  • The game can be opened in a modern browser without a native download.
  • The page can explain the controls, goal, and play style clearly.
  • The game fits a useful category such as puzzle, action, arcade, racing, simulation, or short-session browser play.
  • The title can be presented without misleading players about ownership, source, or official affiliation.
  • The page can add useful context beyond a bare iframe or thumbnail.

We prefer original PlayOrbita games, self-hosted HTML5 games, open-source projects with visible license information, and browser games whose source and author details can be recorded clearly.

2. Source and License Review

Before a game is used as a homepage recommendation, SEO core page, or featured internal link, we check whether it has source attribution. A recommended game should have:

  • A recorded original author or publisher.
  • A license or clear source status.
  • A working browser runtime or reliable embedded player.
  • A page that lists source and credit information for users.

Games without usable source information may remain unavailable for recommendation, may be marked noindex, or may be removed from public navigation until the issue is resolved.

3. Low-Value and Risky Pages

PlayOrbita does not treat every generated page as a page worth promoting. Pages may be removed from the sitemap or marked noindex, follow when they have one or more of these issues:

  • Missing license or original author information.
  • Thin or repetitive written content.
  • Unclear playability or broken runtime behavior.
  • High trademark or brand-confusion risk.
  • Too few quality games to support a category, tag, or topic page.
  • Machine-translated or duplicate language pages that do not yet have unique editorial value.

This is why some older game pages or language paths may still be accessible while not being submitted for indexing.

4. Original Content Standards

A PlayOrbita game page should help a player decide whether to play and how to start. Strong pages include:

  • A clear summary of the game loop.
  • Controls and mobile notes.
  • Useful strategy or troubleshooting guidance.
  • Source and credit information.
  • Related games or collections that make sense for the same play intent.

We avoid publishing pages that only repeat generic phrases, list keywords, or exist only to target search traffic.

5. Advertising and Monetization

PlayOrbita may apply for advertising programs such as Google AdSense. Advertising should not replace the purpose of the page. Before ads are enabled, pages should have enough useful content, stable navigation, and a playable experience.

During review periods, PlayOrbita may remove empty ad placeholders so users and reviewers see the actual game and editorial content first.

6. Corrections and Takedown Requests

If a game, thumbnail, credit line, or description needs correction, contact us through the Contact page. For copyright or DMCA matters, use the legal contact process described in our Terms of Service.

When a valid complaint is received, we may update credits, remove a thumbnail, disable an embed, redirect a page, or delist the page from public navigation.

7. Ongoing Review

The catalog is reviewed in batches. New games and existing pages may be reclassified as better source information, playability data, search data, or user feedback becomes available.

Our long-term direction is simple: fewer weak pages, more useful playable pages, and clearer source attribution.
